I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the personnel were incredibly friendly. While the room was listed as non-smoking, it was placed in the back of the building which was a bit of a downside. Overall, I needed a good night's rest and was more than happy with the experience.

Service

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They came in twice before check-out and even told noisy neighbors to quiet down. Unfortunately, there was no other pet-friendly room available.
Location

The location was good and convenient to get to where I had to go. It was near restaurants and on the turnpike for Thanksgiving travel. However, there was a broken door to get in, which was a bit concerning.
Dining

The dining experience was more than adequate. Everyone was friendly and polite, although some items tasted funny from the milk to the hard-boiled eggs.

7.4/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room conditions were not perfect, especially the cleanliness aspect, likely due to the high number of guests, particularly large families. However, the staff service was top-notch and very polite, matching the delightful attitude of the GM. The location, although a bit worn, was excellent for my visit to Six Flags, and the peaceful ambiance was a plus. The dining offered a good variety but had some quality issues. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient for my plans, although the chlorine smell was off-putting. The service was a bit of a letdown due to some unfriendly encounters. The dining options were varied and plentiful, making the trip more convenient but at a higher cost.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a strange smell, possibly from smoke, and noisy neighbors made it hard to rest. The smoke detector covered with a washcloth was concerning.
Service
5.0
Despite some rude interactions from the staff, they were generally friendly. However, the experience was marred by some unpleasant language used.
Location
7.0
The hotel's recent renovation made it feel modern, but the strong chlorine smell was overpowering. It was conveniently located for my activities despite the odor.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast selection was impressive, including options like waffles, eggs, and more. However, the absence of an egg station was noticeable.
Facilities
The facilities were well-equipped and offered a diverse breakfast spread, albeit at a higher cost compared to typical options.
